We have been back from our honeymoon in Greece two weeks ago and now enjoying our married life together. We want to thank you for a wonderful job in catering our event! I wanted to let you know everyone was very pleased with our event last night and, once again, I had lots of nice comments about the food. I think the spinach artichoke dip and the pimiento cheese were the clear favorites of those I canvassed. The staff did a great job too - I really enjoyed working with both of them.

Today I even had an attorney comment that the bartender last night was terrific, "she remembered what everyone was drinking!" This was said as he was enjoying a plate of leftovers for lunch.

Thank you again for making it happen. I know this one was kind of painful because of the short lead time but you really helped ease my nervousness with the way you handled it all.
